Return Policy

We do not accept returns but do offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please email us at greycloud@greycloudclothing.com.  

Cancelation Policy

Orders can generally be canceled within a few hours of being placed, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please email us at greycloud@greycloudclothing.com to cancel your order. If an order cannot be canceled, you may return the item according to our return policy.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, intimates (such as socks), are final sale and cannot be returned. At this time, we do not accept returns on international purchases.
